I offer variety of pilates session options depending on your interests, and goals.
Currently, you have the options to choose from:

  • Mat

  • Mat & Reformer

  • Reformer


    *All classes are full body focussed, with the option to book in for a 45 or 60 minutes session after your first session.

All initial sessions are set to 60 minutes to allow us time for a consultation to discuss your goals, injuries, health, interests and posture assessment.

I will be offering classes with the amazing Wunda Chair and High Barrel very soon!

Class Options

Initial Mat Pilates: 60 Minutes

This class is specifically for first time clients, if you have had a session already, please select one of the ‘follow up’ options.

Your first session will begin with a consultation, focussing on your goals, health and fitness history and a posture assessment.

The mat class will be full body focussed and will work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.


Initial Reformer Pilates: 60 Minutes

This class is specifically for first time clients, if you have had a session already, please select one of the ‘follow up’ options.

Your first session will begin with a consultation, focussing on your goals, health and fitness history and a posture assessment.

You will be introduced to the reformer and work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.


Initial Mat & Reformer Pilates: 60 Minutes

This class is specifically for first time clients, if you have had a session already, please select one of the ‘follow up’ options.

Your first session will begin with a consultation, focussing on your goals, health and fitness history and a posture assessment.

The class will be full body and will work through a range of movements on the mat and reformer. Movements will predominantly be from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.


This session if for existing clients who have had a previous initial consultation and class.

We can determine your level of experience after your initial class. Level is also determined by previous experience and/or training.

During this class we will work on pilates movements on the mat, predominantly from the classical repertoire, with additional contemporary variations.

Class plan will be determined by your strengths, limitations and tailored to your goals.

Follow Up Mat Pilates: 45 or 60 minutes


This session if for existing clients who have had a previous consultation and class.

This reformer class will be full body and tailored to your goals, injuries and level determined in your initial consultation.

The session will involve a warm up and cool down. All movements will be progressive and be planned specifically to your body.

Follow Up Reformer Pilates: 45 or 60 minutes


Follow Up Mat & Reformer Pilates: 45 or 60 Minutes

This class is for existing clients who have attended an initial consultation and first session.

We will work through various movements both on the mat and reformer, determined by your goals set by you in your initial consultation.

The class will be full body and will work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.


Follow Up Mobility Mat & Reformer: 45 or 60 minutes

This session if for existing clients who have had a previous initial consultation and class.

This class is designed to aid in increasing mobility and recovery. We will work through slow decompression movements, a range of stretching and slow strengthening, to help you feel lighter and lengthened.

This class is perfect if you are recovering from a mild injury, muscle strain, stress or just want to move but without any heavy resistance or cardio.
