I offer a variety of Pilates session options depending on your interests, and goals.


You have the options to choose from:

  • Mat

  • Mat & Reformer

  • Reformer

  • Spine Corrector

  • Ladder Barrel

  • Wunda Chair

  • Mobility (Across multiple appratus)

    *Classes are full body focussed aside from the mobility option. You have the option to book in for a 45 or 60 minute session after your first session.

*All ‘initial’ sessions are set to 60 minutes to allow us time for a consultation to discuss your goals, injuries, health, interests and posture assessment.

Mat Pilates

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

The mat is where you learn Pilates fundamentals and rely solely on your body to practice strength & mobility Pilates exercises.

Your mat session will be full body focussed, we will work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths, limitations, goals and level.


Reformer Pilates

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

The Reformer offers a wide range of low impact movements with its moving carriage, footbar, ropes, headrest, shoulder blocks, straps and springs.

You will be guided through sessions on the Reformer and work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations, goals and level.


Mat & Reformer Pilates

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

The class will be full body and will work through a range of movements on the mat and reformer.

Movements will be derived from the classical repertoires with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.


Wunda Chair

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

What’s not to love about this illusive apparatus! The Wunda Chair is deemed one of the more challenging of apparatus in the system due to it’s small surface area. Do not be fooled, the Wunda Chair is cleverly designed to help you through full body sessions.

You Chair sessions will be full body focussed, we will work through a range of movements from the classical repertoire with modern variations, tailored to your strengths and limitations.

The Ladder Barrel or ‘High Barrel’ is an incredible piece of equipment designed predominantly to increase articulation and mobility through the spine. However it is versatile and offers a wide range of movements for a full body workout, whether you’re wanting to increase flexibility or work the full system, the ladder barrel does it all!

Your sessions will be a combination of stretching and strengthening with a focus on core stability and full body mobility.

Spine Corrector

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

Alike the Ladder Barrel, the Spine Corrector or ‘Small Barrel’ is designed with spinal mobility in mind. The Spine Corrector is also quite versatile and offers movements across all planes of movement for a full body focus.

Your sessions will take you through abdominal, back extensor, glutes and leg strengthening and stretching, leaving you feeling decompressed and stronger.


Mobility Session

First time clients, please book the ‘initial’ option, if you have visited the studio before please book a ‘follow up’ option.

This session will take you through a range of slow movements to decompress your spine, lengthen your muscles and open up the joints.

We will work through movements across various apparatus, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised!
